We’re Katerina van Camp and Madeleine Woon, two lead-with-your-stomach holidayers and the founders of NOMS, an editorial platform spotlighting the best in contemporary food and wine culture. Over the past few years, we’ve built an online community of more than 63,000 people who share our appetite for beautiful food and taste-led travel. Our WAYS OF FEASTING retreat series is the natural extension of that community: hyper-local, hands-on food and wine experiences that bring our online world into real life.
In 2025, we hosted our first WAYS OF FEASTING food and wine retreat at Helder Farm Studios in Portugal alongside chef Julia Khan Anselmo and Cantina’s sommelier and food anthropologist Nikolina Skanderija. This year, we take the series on the road, partnering with premium boutique hotels across the Balearic and Greek islands to create immersive holidays for the food-obsessed and the endlessly curious.
Outside of our retreats, we work with our network of chefs to create unique experiences both online and in real life, and collaborate with leading hotels and destinations on food-led travel stories across Instagram and Substack. Get in touch below to collaborate.
